  • utilizes rule 63
  • drives home the point that street harassment is not flattering
  • johnny bravo appreciates being a woman and doesn’t question his masculinity

PLEASE HELP US!!!!!! REBLOG THIS!!!!

FINALLY SOMETHING ABOUT BRAZIL’S SITUATION ON MY DASHBOARD

WE’RE LIVING A REVOLUTION! WE’VE BEEN IN AN ALMOST CIVIL WAR STATE FOR TWO WEEKS! WHAT THE HELL, FOREIGNERS? TALK ABOUT US!

what the fuck is going on with brazil? why have I not heard of this?

The first I heard about this was a very short bit on BBC news this morning. Someone is not doing their job properly.

Interestingly, ESPN was discussing it on US TV during my lunch break today.

Less helpful, this “help us” post has no information regarding what’s actually going on in Brazil. Anyone care to add some links so this can signal boost actual information?

For more info just place on google Brazilian Protest.

As a Brazilian myself and living in São Paulo, all the protests have been really pacifists, even some minor violet spots here and there.

We made a small victory today.

The Brides
“Francis [Ford Coppola] wanted a decaying, deteriorating feel to the fabric, like the shrouds of the mummies in the catacombs of Bombay. The passage of time would have turned the white fabrics to rich amber, so fragile that it would crumble when you touched it. At the same time, he wanted extremely feminine robes, like the ones worn by the women in paintings by the Czech poster-painter Mucha.” (Eiko and Coppola on Bram Stoker’s Dracula, p. 44)
